If you live in the Seattle area, several in-class noncredit food entrepreneurship courses are available to you.

• Home Based Food Business Course at Intentional Table on Bainbridge Island

These courses lead students through the process of starting a food business.  Students learn to cost products, prepare food specific business plans and how to obtain health and other required permits as well as walk students step-by-step through the business plan writing process in order to help set students up for success and to avoid making costly mistakes.
