One, that can and will, ultimately change the direction of many aspiring home bakers and even more so the lives of current home bakers who will be protected in their baking endeavors. To have such talent (as depicted by the pictures of Roxane’s work) and have it stifled has to be daunting!! I salute her and her determination to push forward in researching the best avenues for information to formulate the bill and to Senator Ward for accepting the challenge to present it to our state legislators. I encourage citizens of Louisiana to contact the respective senators/representatives of your district and give your support of this law and request they do the same when presented to them in the spring 2013 legislative session.
