That’s Not To Say That A Business Plan Isn’t Important!

Before the 4th of July holiday I talked a lot about Visioning and the role it can play in helping you create a successful business.  That being said, this doesn’t mean you can just opt for Visioning and skip out on the business plan altogether. While Visioning is a great way to help you determine the overall goals and mission of your business, the business plan is the actual road map that will guide you towards that Vision. Both are crucial pieces in building your business. Think of both of these as key ingredients in the recipe to your business success!
